Pra-event Preparation :

• Drafting rundown
• Concepts & ideas for a suitable wedding
• Budgeting for venue/vendors
• Insights and advice on venues/vendors throughout the deal process
• Get recommendations for preferred venues or vendors who have collaborated with us on previous events
• Full coordination with venue and vendors
• Survey venue
• Unlimited consultation meetings (online)
• Technical meeting with all venue & vendors
• Food testing (if needed)
• Blessing rehearsal
• Coordination with the Groom and Bride’s family before D-day
• File wedding checklist before D-day
• Digital planning by Client Dashboard Littlecloud for flexible access (anytime & anywhere!)

Service on D-day :

• Full-day service on D-day (up to 16 hours)
• Teapai ceremony service (for Chinese couple)
• Wedding checklist on the D-day (by team)
• Groom challenge
• Rehearsal / Briefing family
• Technical coordination with venue & vendors
• FREE transport fee for team (Kota Tangerang & DKI Jakarta)
